When buying a property overseas, whether it is an investment, a holiday home or a permanent home, then the most important consideration is the location. When you have chosen a country then you must choose the area where you feel most comfortable, because most areas will offer all the varieties of property that you will be interested in. The majority of buyers prefer to choose the area and property type they want during a visit rather than from brochures or the internet.

To this end many agents offer free inspection trips but while these can seem attractive they are generally not in the interests of the serious buyer. With most inspection trips you are limited to a couple of days to cram in as many properties as possible and you will find yourself virtually tied to the agent who has arranged the trip - with some agents this means you are also tied to a single builder. You have no time to relax or to look around for yourself.

LANDMARK ESTATES want you to feel comfortable and assured before making a decision to purchase in North Cyprus. We do not offer free inspection trips because we want you to be free to shop where you please, not just with us. We are not frightened of the competition.

However, we will be happy to help make all the arrangements for your visit (Flights, hotel, airport transfer, car hire etc.) and, should you eventually purchase a property from us, then we offer a simple refund up to £200 per person against the cost of your viewing trip**.

We will answer any questions you have about any aspect of purchasing in North Cyprus. Questions about the various locations, the law, the process, the pitfalls, property types, registration, furniture, cost of living etc. This assistance is available before you arrive, throughout your whole visit and even after you have returned home. We will work with you to find your ideal home in the sun!!

We will show you around the beautiful island of North Cyprus and find out which areas you feel might suit you.
Hopefully you will have browsed our extensive online catalogue and have an idea of the sort of property that you want to see.
Should you wish we will arrange viewings and take you to any preferred sites / properties
We would advise that you schedule 3-4 days with us in order to gain a good appreciation of everything that is available.
Then you have the rest of your holiday to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine.

Most of all we do not want you to worry about being subjected to the hard sell or feel pressurised in to buying something you are not 100% sure about.
