INSPECTION TRIP 

 

At Landmark Estates, we’d love to welcome you to North Cyprus by helping with the cost of a short stay to explore our beautiful island and view a range of properties. Our inspection trips are designed for two people and typically span three days—giving you the perfect opportunity to get a feel for the island and decide if North Cyprus is right for you.

 

Whether you're dreaming of a holiday home by the sea, a hillside villa with panoramic views, a property in the heart of the city, or something suitable for full-time family living, we’ll help you explore your options.

 

We offer independent advice and work with all of the top construction companies in North Cyprus—not just one. With access to more than 500 properties, you’ll be truly spoilt for choice. This includes a wide selection of resale properties, off-plan projects with flexible payment plans, and newly completed homes ready to move into.

 

We’ll cover your airport transfers to and from *Ercan Airport and provide *three nights' accommodation at the charming Bellaview Boutique Hotel, including breakfast. The hotel is ideally located close to Kyrenia city centre with its historic harbour, a fantastic spot for dinner or drinks. You're also just a short drive from the picturesque village of Bellapais and its famous Monastery.

 

In many cases, we will have already discussed your property requirements and shared suitable options prior to your visit. However, we may still meet at our office for a relaxed welcome coffee and finalise your itinerary in person.


INSPECTION TRIP ITINERARY

 

Day 1:

After a relaxing breakfast at the hotel, one of our experienced property advisors will collect you at around 10:00 AM and take you to our nearby office for a warm welcome and coffee. Here, we’ll provide general information about North Cyprus and confirm the final selection of properties tailored to your preferences.

Your advisor will then take you on viewings of the selected properties in different areas, with a pleasant lunch break included. Afterwards, you’ll be returned to your hotel to enjoy your evening at leisure.

 

Day 2:

Again, at around 10:00 AM, your advisor will collect you and continue the property search in a different region. You’ll stop for lunch in a new location and view more homes. If you find the right property at any point or wish to pause the search, just let us know.

 

Day 3:

This day is typically reserved for second viewings, further property tours, or discussing next steps. If you’ve already found your ideal property, we’ll guide you through the process of moving forward. After three days, most clients feel confident in their decision about whether North Cyprus is the right fit.

We can also introduce you to a recommended independent solicitor to discuss all legal matters, including taxes and making a Power of Attorney (*POA). There is no obligation to purchase at this stage.

If you do decide to proceed with a purchase, a deposit can be paid by cash or card to reserve the property while your contract is prepared.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

  • *If you choose to fly to a southern Cyprus airport, an extra transfer fee applies: £50 one-way from Larnaca or £100 from Paphos.
  • *If you'd like to extend your stay beyond the included three nights, we’re happy to help arrange this—any additional nights will be at your own cost.
  • *Appointing a solicitor with Power of Attorney (POA) does not commit you to purchase a property. It simply allows your chosen lawyer to act on your behalf, whether you are in Cyprus or abroad.
